Dr. Robert D. Francischelli grew up in Beaver Dams, New York.  He attended Corning Community College, Alfred University, Brockport University, and The University of Rochester.  Prior to working at Odessa Montour CSD, Dr. Francischelli served as a School Psychologist and Committee on Special Education Chairperson at Jasper-Troupsburg CSD.  He also worked as a Building Administrator and School Psychologist at Bradford CSD.  Dr. Francischelli strives to put students first in every decision when possible and places a high emphasis on stakeholder input and community-based relationships.
