
Congratulations to Wessly Aldrich, Khloe Dean, Karlee Fay, Addison Learn and Janne Anderson for their performances at Jr. High Area All State mixed choir and concert band! They rehearsed over 10 hours and produced a beautiful concert on Saturday afternoon! Special congrats to Khloe Dean for being chosen for a solo with the choir!



All 5 of our Odessa-Montour fall varsity sports teams received the NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete Team award for the 2024 season - Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer, Girls Cross-Country and Boys Cross-Country. This is award is given to teams with the top 75% of athletes having a cumulative GPA of 90 or above. Congratulations!


We are so proud of our senior, Dakota McLean, on his team and individual performances at the National Future Farmers of America Forestry CDE Competition. His team won Bronze and he as an individual also placed Bronze at Nationals. Congratulations!


Thank you to Mrs. Hartnett, other OM faculty members and parents for volunteering and teaching our 9th graders skills at their Skills Day this week. What a great opportunity for hands-on learning!

In recognition of National Principal’s Month, Odessa-Montour CSD proudly celebrates the exceptional leadership and dedication of our three building principals: Erika Parisian, Alisha Tolentino, and Kelsey Pinette. Their unwavering commitment to our students, staff, and community plays a pivotal role in fostering an enriching and supportive educational environment.
Throughout the month of October, we take this opportunity to shine a spotlight on the remarkable contributions these leaders make every day. Their innovative approaches, passion for education, and ability to inspire both students and faculty are integral to our mission of academic excellence.




The Odessa-Montour CSD Board of Education meeting scheduled for Thursday 10/10 has been moved to Wednesday 10/9. This meeting will be held in the district conference room.


Exciting things here at OMHS in our Science Department. Students took a trip to Seneca Meadows to see their tire recycling plant, Methane plant, birds of prey, a nature center as well as the physical landfill. Students also released Monarch butterflies here at OM. Go Grizzlies!

An important Back to School Message was just emailed to all OM families! Please let your building office know if you did not receive it.


Due to construction in the village of Odessa and the need to shut off water to our Odessa campus, ALL summer programming is canceled for tomorrow, Tuesday, July 16th. This includes LEAP, Reach and Summer Rec programming. The Odessa building and all offices will also be closed.
The community summer feeding program will have a grab and go breakfast available at BC Cate from 8am-9am.
We apologize for this inconvenience but thank you for your understanding and patience. All programming will resume as planned on Wednesday, July 17th.


Adult Community Swim and Summer Swim lessons start July 8th! Must sign up for lessons by June 21st!
